Build your Professional Impact Statement

One of the most valuable skills for modern assistants is the ability to clearly articulate who you are, what you contribute and why your role matters.

Think about introducing yourself to a new executive, explaining your role during a cross-functional project, building credibility with senior stakeholders, speaking at an industry event, contributing to strategic discussions or simply helping others understand the value you bring to your organization.

During the final session, you will learn how to develop a compelling personal brand and create a Professional Impact Statement that communicates your value with confidence and authenticity. Celebrate the year with us at NYX Hotel Amsterdam

We are ending 2026 in style. On Saturday 12 December, we invite our members to our annual IMA Netherlands Christmas Celebration, and you are very welcome to bring a partner too.

Our setting for the evening is the recently opened NYX Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandt Square, right in the heart of Amsterdam. A hotel that is anything but traditional, with bold interiors inspired by fashion, art and street culture, and a strong focus on music and creative energy. Located directly on the Rembrandtplein, it is surrounded by the buzz of the city and has excellent public transport connections nearby.

An evening to celebrate

We start the evening with a welcome drink, followed by a festive three-course dinner. After dinner, we will take a moment to look back on another succesful year of IMA Netherlands, the events, connections and moments we shared. And of course, we will also give you a first glimpse of what we have in store for 2027.

And this year, after dinner we won't be calling it a night.

One of the things that makes NYX Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandt Square such a great fit for our Christmas event is its music-driven character. The hotel has its own event and party space, complete with a bar and lounge area, and after dinner we will continue the evening with our own IMA Christmas party.

A DJ will be there to keep us dancing until midnight, and yes, requests are very welcome. So start thinking about that one song that will get you onto the dance floor. The party is scheduled from 21:30 onwards, with drinks and a late-night snack along the way.

And last but not least, we also have a little Christmas surprise in store for everyone. We’re keeping it under wraps for now, but you won’t be leaving empty-handed.

Getting there

NYX Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandt Square is located at Amstel 17, Amsterdam, right next to Rembrandtplein.

The hotel is easy to reach by public transport, with several connections within walking distance. If you prefer to come by car, paid parking is available just across the street from the hotel (Q-Park Waterlooplein), where hotel guests can reserve a parking space in advance.
