It took me only one regional meeting back in 2006 in Stuttgart, Germany to find out that IMA will be part of my professional life. My colleague and back then Regional Head of Stuttgart, Roswitha Lipka, told me about IMA with so much passion that I wanted to learn more.

I was greeted with so much warmth and openness in the Stuttgart team that I signed up only a few days later not knowing that I would take over for many years the role of Regional Head of Berlin and then interim PRO in the German Board.

Even if I do not have the time to attend many events now, I have been to wonderful areas through IMA and got lucky that all of my managers paid for it. They saw the benefit and supported it!
