IMA was founded in 1974 as a European network that has expanded and is represented in over 30 countries.

IMA Sweden is an association of more than 260 management support professionals from all parts of Sweden.

We are diveded in 4 regions, East, West, South and North.

IMA is a self-development organization that has no political aims and will not engage in political or trade-union activities.

IMA aims to stimulate the members’ personal development through networking, seminars, company visits and project work.

The recipient of the award is working as an assistant at the management level and has consistently demonstrated that she/he meets the following criteria; is creative, a skilled problem solver and a good communicator, has insight and understanding to advance the company's business, has courage and integrity and holds loyalty high. As well as being a good ambassador for the professional role.

Strawberry's special "Upcoming Executive Assistant of the Yea Award" is awarded to an individual who is at the beginning of their career as an executive assistant.
