IMA was founded in 1974 as a European network that has expanded and is represented in over 30 countries.

IMA Sweden is an association of more than 260 management support professionals from all parts of Sweden.

We are diveded in 4 regions, East, West, South and North.

IMA is a self-development organization that has no political aims and will not engage in political or trade-union activities.

The recipient of the award is working as an assistant at the management level and has consistently demonstrated that she/he meets the following criteria; is creative, a skilled problem solver and a good communicator, has insight and understanding to advance the company's business, has courage and integrity and holds loyalty high. As well as being a good ambassador for the professional role.

Executive Assistant Podden

In the Executive Assistant podcast, we meet the world's best colleagues in conversations about the world's best jobs.

Today: Lina Ylander, CEO and co-founder of me+. me+ offers managers to conduct needs analyses of their support needs and access to Executive Assistants on a consulting basis. After a career in management support at large companies such as KPMG and Roschier, Lina switched to CEO and co-founder of her own company me+. Her previous experiences were the company's first building block and the idea was formed to offer managers sophisticated needs analyses and flexible support. When Lina guest on the Executive Assistant podcast, it will be a conversation with a lot of laughter, vulnerability and courage.
