So many job titles worldwide (more than 160) are by the way not able to embrace the complexity of our role . Against that the Global Skill Matrix (GSM) consists in 5 indicative levels divided into tasks ,skills and qualifications to coordinate the future paths ouf our Profession.

The GSM will support Assistants and Business Support Professionals and stakeholders within organizations e.g. HR and Executives to evaluate the office professionals positioning and career progression. 

A globally recognised framework for administrators and HR teams that, irrespective of country, makes it possible to identify levels of work for  given role and career progression opportunities to realise the potential to an organisation of an effective administrator.
