Terms and Conditions for participating in IMA Denmark events
The following Terms and Conditions are valid for all IMA Denmark events - and to participate in our events you are asked to accept these terms as part of the sign up process.

Attending as a guest A non-member can attend as a guest one time - and we offer this one meeting for free. We have this offer so that you can get an impression of what the network can give you as a member. | Observing confidentiality Our events often foster good dialogues and discussions - for this to work we expect all participants to observe the confidentiality we all appreciate when opening up to a group of people. What is discussed in the group stays in the group - member or non-member alike. |
Payment Our meetings cost 350-500 DKK, price will be clearly stated on the event invitation. When you sign up for the meeting you accept that you will be invoiced for your attendance twice a year by the Finance Officer of IMA Denmark. We do not offer credit card payment for each meeting at the moment. | Cancellation You can cancel your registration up to the deadline mentioned in the invitation and you will then NOT be charged for the meeting. However, if you cancel AFTER the deadline mentioned in the invitation, we will still charge you for the meeting, as we will already have made our agreements with the venue. |
Use of personal data By registering, participants consent to the use of their personal data for event administration purposes in line with IMA’s Privacy Policy. Participant names may be visible to others in the case of attending a webinar. | Amendments IMA reserves the right to make changes to the program, trainer, or date. Participants will be notified in case of significant changes. |
Using photos and video for our website/social media When we meet, be it in person or for webinars online, we like to take photos or videos that we share on our website or on our social media. This is our way of showing the world what our meetings are about and hopefully attracting more members when they see this. When you sign up for our meetings, you accept that we use these photos or videos on our website and/or on social media. We do not tag people in the photos/videos. You are welcome to step out of the frame when we take group photos, if you prefer to not be in the photos - that is your own decision. |
