Bio Daniela Ullmann:

Thanks to her 22 years of corporate experience, Daniela is an absolute expert in the field of mental and physical health promotion. After holding positions at Siemens and Tesla in Germany, England, Spain and the USA, she most recently worked as assistant to the management and health officer at Telefónica Global Services in Munich.

As a trained health coach, speaker and international keynote speaker, Daniela has been giving talks and workshops for companies since 2019 with the aim of reducing digital stress levels, promoting a healthy work-life balance and increasing motivation, satisfaction and mental well-being in the workplace. With her motto "Health is not a goal, it's a lifestyle", she supports women with stress-related health problems in implementing positive, long-term lifestyle changes for more energy, self-confidence and success in life and work.
