IMA Belgium - Chocolate Challenge

Our colleagues from ManAs invite us to join them for an exclusive Chocolate Challenge workshop by their sponsor Mieke Cassiers from Chocola-Tuti.

The 'Chocolate Challenge' is a unique 2-hour experience, during which Mieke will reveal the secrets of perfectly tempering chocolate. Working together in groups, you will unleash your creativity by spraying and decorating student haves and other fun figures.
In the second part, she will take you on a journey of discovery through the fascinating story of ganache fillings. Pink or golden chocolate, or maybe you prefer white, milk or dark? After receiving a basic recipe, you will decide which chocolate and toppings to include. Alcohol or no alcohol, praline or rather something with speculoos? The choice is yours as we perfect the art of filling together.
To make the experience at Chocola-Tuti complete, we don't send you home on an empty stomach. We welcome everyone to the cosy wooden chalet in the garden and treat you to delicious snacks, as the icing on the cake of this unforgettable chocolate experience. The likely end will be around 1pm.
