National Trainingday POSITIVE POWER, Successfully shaping assistance with a strong presence and clear boundaries.

As a professional assistant, you're often the backbone of your managers success. But in the process, you might face constant pressure to say "yes," juggle tasks beyond your role, or struggle to voice your thoughts. This day is designed to help you take charge of those challenges with confidence.

In Positive Power with Lisa Dullnig, we’ll dive into practical strategies for:

  • Assertiveness: Learn how to confidently express your needs and ideas.
  • Boundaries: Discover how to set healthy and clear limits to protect your time and energy.
  • Feedback: Gain tools for giving and handling any kind of feedback - no matter who you're dealing with.

Take it further: For the second part of the day, we’ll explore your real-world dilemmas with Helen Monument & Lisa Dullnig. You’ll get insights from your peers on how they would have handled them and it’s a chance to gain practical solutions while learning from each other’s experiences. To benefit from this great opportunity, we need to hear form you. Share your professional challenges via registering for this event before November, 4th.
