About the Speaker:
Álvaro Fernández Quílez is an Associate Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Stavanger and leads the Stavanger AI Laboratory, a center dedicated to AI research and innovation. With a background in telecommunications and biomedical engineering, he has extensive experience in applied AI, particularly in healthcare. Álvaro is a passionate communicator dedicated to making AI accessible and relevant to everyone.
