Since 2010, Juust Education and Adventure has been helping managers, leaders and employees in public and private organizations. Behind it is Rauno Juustovaara, who has extensive experience of having worked with e.g. Karolinska, Västermanlands Landsting, Mariehamns kommun etc.

Rauno has a great and deep interest in leadership, group processes, behaviors and motivation within groups and on an individual level.

Meetings with people have always been interesting and stimulating for him. Being able to help and guide them with their challenges in everyday life, especially leadership.

Today's webinar is about highlighting and examining the different dimensions of leadership. How it can be connected to autonomy, competence, belonging and being a co-leader? Some of the keys to our intrinsic motivation, and which behaviors strengthen and clarify leadership.
