Monica Ioannidou Polemitis is a Partner at TKI and Managing Director of TKI EMEA, where she leads the delivery of enterprise AI and data solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With over 20 years of experience in strategy, financial advisory, and technology integration, she has worked with corporations, SMEs, and startups in sectors such as shipping, finance, healthcare, and the public sector.
Monica is recognized as a thought leader in AI and data-driven strategies, frequently speaking at international forums on digital transformation and the future of enterprise technology. She has authored "The Data Edge," which highlights her commitment to empowering organizations through strategic data use. Monica has also played a pivotal role in supporting innovation ecosystems, having established Deloitte’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre and the ARIS Accelerator, both of which fostered startup growth and corporate innovation. She serves on the Board of the Research and Innovation Foundation of Cyprus and is President of ICC Cyprus Women, where she champions gender equality and the advancement of women in business and technology.
