All IMA South Africa NPC members are invited to participate in this gathering where you can engage with fellow members, share ideas, and influence the future of our association. The meeting will be held online.
As per the statutes of IMA Global, each National Group is required to conduct an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to provide its members with the opportunity to discuss, suggest and vote on decisions and initiatives that will shape the future direction of the National Group.
For those members unable to attend, proxy votes can be submitted to
governanceofficer@sa.ima-network.org. This ensures representation in the decision-making process. If you’re considering asking someone to be your proxy, checking the event page will help you identify who will be present. Members attending the meeting will be listed as registered attendees on the meeting event page (here). Download a proxy form from our website (here).
A meeting invitation with the agenda, documents and online meeting link will be shared with registered members prior to the meeting. This is a members only meeting.
