Welcome to our first event of 2025 : a workshop about Productive habits by the amazing Leticia Corbisier.
Productivity is about doing what matters most with efficiency and clarity. This workshop explores the key mindsets and habits that affect our productivity and provides top hacks for working smarter. It has been designed for busy professionals who are striving to stay productive whilst managing multiple priorities, staying motivated on long-term tasks, and navigating a high volume of email exchanges. By focusing on how we manage the three challenges of productivity—juggling priorities, staying motivated when working with challenging tasks, and mitigating distractions—participants gain practical strategies and tools to boost their effectiveness at work.
LEARNING OUTCOMES • Define productivity and optimize energy levels by applying principles of restorative practices. • Manage and protect attention in a distracting digital environment. • Identify prioritization strategies by focusing on their most valuable activities. • Understanding the neuroscience of multitasking and its effects on productivity. • Develop practical strategies for managing email overload and improving communication efficiency.
Members can participate for the modest fee of 15€. Non-members will have to pay 75€ for the privilege to attend this 90' interactive workshop.
