Heidi Jeanette Frafjord is educated in hotel management and pedagogy, certified in value-based selling, and currently works as Director of Sales at Heimr Collection. With leadership experience from Nordic Choice, Scandic Hotels and Stavanger-region tourism, as well as roles at UiS and the Norwegian School of Hotel Management, she brings extensive insight from service, leadership and organisational development. She has also served on several boards, including Norway Chess and the Rogaland Sports Federation.
We round off the evening with a shared dinner – a great opportunity to connect with fellow members of IMA Rogaland.

Eva Finseth offers reflections on what happens when we stretch ourselves too far, and how clear and professional boundaries can help strengthen effectiveness, confidence and everyday communication.
A thoughtful start to the evening – and a topic that naturally supports the conversations to come.
After the professional session, you’ll have time to explore Chitra House, enjoy the surroundings and connect with fellow members in a relaxed atmosphere.
Around 19:00 We sit down for a three‑course Thai‑inspired dinner served in elegant and peaceful surroundings. Wine and non‑alcoholic options are included.
Located just outside Oslo, Chitra House offers a serene atmosphere and stunning views of the Oslo fjord. The venue is known for its discretion, refined service and its use for exclusive meetings and events. We have booked the entire house exclusively for IMA this evening.
