The Lecture: How can you, as an executive assistant or administrative professional, use generative AI to work smarter and more efficiently? In this lecture, Álvaro Fernández Quílez will share insights into the art of crafting effective prompts – instructions that maximize the results you get from AI tools. Álvaro will also discuss potential pitfalls and unforeseen challenges, equipping you to use the technology safely and strategically.

About the Speaker: Álvaro Fernández Quílez is an Associate Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Stavanger and leads the Stavanger AI Laboratory, a center dedicated to AI research and innovation. With a background in telecommunications and biomedical engineering, he has extensive experience in applied AI, particularly in healthcare. Álvaro is a passionate communicator dedicated to making AI accessible and relevant to everyone.
After the Lecture: We will conclude the evening with a delightful dinner at the hotel, where we can discuss the day’s topic and network in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
