Een krachtige combinatie: eerst ontmoeten we elkaar informeel en genieten we van een heerlijk diner, daarna duiken we met HeartMath-trainer Ellis Samsom in stressregulatie, focus en veerkracht.
Kontakt der Kontinenten is een voormalig klooster én missiehuis met een wereldse uitstraling en een warme, open sfeer. De locatie biedt volop ruimte voor netwerken, verdieping en rust. Ellen Warnar heet ons welkom en verzorgt een rondleiding over deze inspirerende plek, waarbij ze meer vertelt over de mogelijkheden van Kontakt der Kontinenten.
Daarna genieten we samen van een verzorgd 2-gangendiner. Bij mooi weer verplaatsen we ons voor de workshop naar een van de sfeervolle buitenplekken in de bostuin of op het zonnige terras. Een unieke setting die perfect aansluit bij de inhoud en beleving van deze avond.
Altijd ‘aan’? Tijd om te leren hoe je bewust ‘uit’ kunt schakelen, zónder in te leveren op impact.

After the International Conference in Hasselt, where Empowering Leadership takes center stage, we’ll continue straight into a deeper exploration. Out of the Box: Turning Conflict into Connection
Focus: Conflict transformation and relational mindset
This workshop reframes conflict as an opportunity for clarity and connection. Using the Arbinger Institute’s “Anatomy of Peace” framework, participants explore how we unknowingly ‘box’ ourselves and others, reinforcing cycles of tension or avoidance. Through reflection, embodiment, and dialogue, participants will:
