  Bedrijfsbezoek Witteveen+Bos | laat je verrassen 

  Op donderdag 30 april organiseert IMA Netherlands een exclusief bedrijfsbezoek aan Witteveen+Bos in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Een avond die inhoud, inspiratie en ontmoeting samenbrengt. Precies zoals wij dat bij IMA graag doen. 

  Dit event wordt aangeboden en georganiseerd in samenwerking met twee van onze leden, Annelies van Ankeren en Sawitri Chandie Shaw. Een prachtig voorbeeld van waar IMA voor staat: verbinding, het delen van best practices en elkaar verder helpen in onze professionele rol. 

  Waarom je hierbij wilt zijn. 

  Witteveen+Bos is misschien niet de meest voor de hand liggende organisatie, maar juist dát maakt dit bezoek zo interessant. Het kantoor in Amsterdam is onlangs volledig opnieuw ingericht en vormt het perfecte decor voor een kijkje achter de schermen bij een complexe, projectmatige organisatie. 

  Tijdens dit bedrijfsbezoek: 

  • krijg je een exclusieve rondleiding door het vernieuwde kantoor 
  • deelt Sawitri open en eerlijk de lessons learned van de kantoorverbouwing 
  • hoor je hoe assistants bij Witteveen+Bos opereren binnen grote projecten 
  • doe je inspiratie op uit iconische infrastructuurprojecten 
  • wissel je ervaringen uit met vakgenoten in een informele setting 

  Dit is geen theoretisch verhaal, maar praktijk, reflectie en inspiratie, direct toepasbaar in je eigen werk. 

  Sharing best practices, zoals IMA dat bedoelt. 

  IMA-events draaien om leren van elkaar. Door leden, mét leden. Dit bedrijfsbezoek laat zien hoe krachtig het is wanneer leden hun organisatie openstellen en kennis delen. Je gaat naar huis met nieuwe inzichten, frisse ideeën en waardevolle contacten.

  Nanna Vestgård har 19 års erfaring som retorisk ledelsesrådgiver, foredragsholder og underviser.

  Hun er tidl. cheftaleskriver for ministrene Jakob Ellemann-Jensen (V), Ulla Tørnæs (V), Esben Lunde Larsen (V), Mogens Jensen (S) og Lea Wermelin (S), og i dag træner og udvikler hun medarbejdere, ledere og frontfigurer i en række af Danmarks største private virksomheder, fagforeninger, kommuner, styrelser samt regeringsbærende partier.

  • Der er masser af parkering omkring og tæt på hotellet, men det er lidt dyrt. Billigste parkering er Royal Golf.
  • Med metro tag M1 mod Vestamager og stå af på Bella Center station. Det tager ca. 10 min at gå fra stationen til hotellet.
  • Når I ankommer, skal I gå ind gennem hotellets reception i Tårn 1, som ligger nærmest byen. Fra receptionen går man op ad trappen og over til Tårn 2, hvor mødelokalerne befinder sig.

  • A fresh perspective on how to reframe and align your support role as a leadership-enabling function

  • The know-how to apply the 5 core capabilities of 2^nd seat leadership:  anticipation, judgement, communication, alignment and executive discipline.
  • Greater skill and confidence to apply first-class communication intelligence strategies

  Jo Thomson is a leadership strategist and executive coach with over 35 years of experience working with boards and executive teams across Africa, Europe and India. He specialises in aligning leadership teams, translating strategy into action, and building high-performing, accountable cultures. Guided by his belief that Insight Inspires Action, Jo helps leaders turn clarity into measurable, sustainable results.

  
  

  Nontabiso Mthembu is an experienced consultant and change facilitator with over 21 years of corporate and consultancy experience across Africa. She focuses on leadership development, organisational culture and driving meaningful behavioural change.   • All invoices must be paid in full by Friday, 10 July 2026.
  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
  • Admission to the Training Day is limited to fully paid delegates.
  • Registration fee excludes accommodation, flights and travel-related costs.
  • Payment must be made via EFT into the official IMA South Africa bank account as reflected on the invoice.
  • International payments are subject to a R50 transaction fee.

  
  

  Cancellation Policy for the Training Day

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Event Coordinator.
  • Full refunds (less a R150 admin fee) will be granted for cancellations received on or before 3 July 2026.
  • Cancellations after 3 July 2026 are non-refundable.
  • Substitutes may attend in place of the registered delegate at no additional cost.

  From August 21, 2026, to September 9, 2026, visitors flock to the fairground at Champ du Glacis to experience the magical atmosphere of the Luxembourg City funfair, which covers a whopping 4 hectares in the heart of the city.
