Format: This in-person event offers a unique, interactive experience through a "Food Jam"—a lively and social cooking session where you’ll have plenty of time to cook, network, and get to know your fellow conference attendees. After the cooking is complete, guests will gather around a long table to enjoy the menu they’ve created together.

CONFERENCE PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Terms: All invoices must be paid within 21 days of issue, and no later than 10 working days before the conference (by 21 February 2025).
Confirmation Process: Once proof of payment is received, your registration will be confirmed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Unconfirmed Registration: Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Admission Requirement: Only fully registered and paid delegates will be admitted to the conference sessions.
Accommodation Exclusion: Conference fees do not include accommodation.
Additional Costs: Airfare and travel costs are not covered in the conference registration fees.
Payment Method: Payments can only be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly to our bank account. We are unable to accept cash or credit card payments.
International Payment Fee: For payments made from outside South Africa, a transaction fee of R50 will apply.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification: Cancellations must be made in writing to our Event Coordinator.
Refund Policy: For a full refund (minus a R150 admin fee), submit your cancellation request on or before 6 February 2025.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after 6 February 2025 will not be refunded, though you may send a substitute in your place at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable: No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event will not receive a refund.
Transferable Option: In the case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance, registrations are transferable to another delegate.
Accommodation for Transfers: Please note that while we do not offer refunds for late cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate transfers right up to the day before the event date.
Substitute Notification: If you need to send a substitute, please inform our Event Coordinator in advance.

Power Supply: Please note that we cannot guarantee access to power for electronic devices, so plan accordingly to stay powered up.
