Heidi Frafjord (HF) holds a degree in hotel administration and pedagogy and is certified in value-based sales. She works full-time as Director of Sales at Heimr Collection and has previously held leadership roles within Nordic Choice Hotels, Scandic Hotels, and the Stavanger region.
In addition she is engaged at the University of Stavanger and the Norwegian School of Hotel Management, where she serves as Head of the Mentorship Programme and as a guest lecturer. She has held several board positions, including Norway Chess and Rogaland Sports Council, and has led committee work for major sporting events such as the UCI Road World Championships in Stavanger.

Building on the success of our inaugural Conference last year, this new format offers a focused, practical day of learning created specifically for Assistants who support leadership.
The 2026 Training Day will explore Influential Leadership: Leading from the Second Seat and will be hosted at our trusted conference venue partner, Century City Conference Centre.
Going forward, IMA South Africa will alternate annually between a Conference and a National Training Day, creating space for both connection and hands-on development.

The Schueberfouer is the largest funfair in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
From August 21, 2026, to September 9, 2026, visitors flock to the fairground at Champ du Glacis to experience the magical atmosphere of the Luxembourg City funfair, which covers a whopping 4 hectares in the heart of the city.
The Schueberfouer is also a hotbed of popular and innovative gastronomy. Visitors come to eat delicious Gromperekichelcher: the famous quintessentially Luxembourgish potato pancakes.
The City of Luxembourg, which organises the Schueberfouer each year, is proud to offer visitors and locals alike a wonderful mix of tradition, gastronomy and thrills – there’s nothing quite like it anywhere else in Europe
