Lena arbejder med stressramte i kommunalt regi og bruger metoden fra Bjarne Toftegård’s bog ’Mere overskud, mindre stress’, som du også får med hjem. Lena deler gladeligt ud af sin store indsigt og sine mange år erfaring. Kom og lyt, lær og lev. Livet skal ikke bare overleves!

Pursuing well-being at work is like Alice in Wonderland meeting the Cheshire Cat: "If you don't know where your're going, any road will take you there.
Regularly asking yourself "What do I want to have accomplished by the end of your career?" will inevitably lead you to your inner compass - your (work)values.
A successful leader is able to dedicate enough time to their core business: thingking about the future direction of the organization. This requires deep focus - and a disciplined, healthy approach to meetings.
These three choices significantly boosted my well-being at work. There's one aspect of workplace well-being where we fall short compared to other areas: feedback. Too often, we rely on the sandwich method.
Stijn Baert is a Belgian economist, labor market specialist, and professor at both Ghent University and the University of Antwerp. This evening, he will explore workplace well-being from an economic and scientific perspective, showing us how each of us can contribute to fostering it.
The event is open to everyone—members and non-members alike—including assistants and professionals in all business roles who are interested in this important topic.

We sluiten het jaar feestelijk af op een iconische locatie: het voormalige KLM-hoofdkantoor, sinds dit jaar een stijlvol hotel vol historie en design. Geniet van een diner in stijl, goede gesprekken en een warme sfeer. Partners zijn van harte welkom. De Plesman nodigt IMA uit voor een speciaal kerstdiner
“Wij zijn verheugd om IMA te verwelkomen bij De Plesman voor een onvergetelijke kerstfeest. Geniet van een feestelijke avond met verfijnd dineren, warme gezelschappen en tijdloze elegantie.
Welkom bij De Plesman, een iconisch hotel met een rijke geschiedenis, waar de duinen het bos ontmoeten en de stad de zee. Gevestigd in het historische, voormalige hoofdkantoor van de Nederlandse luchtvaartmaatschappij KLM, ademt dit gebouw erfgoed. Opgericht door Albert Plesman, de visionaire oprichter van KLM, was dit ooit het hart van zijn missie om de wereld te verbinden en wederzijds begrip te bevorderen. Vandaag de dag combineren wij deze historie met moderne luxe.
De avond vindt plaats in de intieme setting van Restaurant Suus, waar je kunt genieten van een zorgvuldig samengesteld 3-gangen diner in een omgeving die is ontworpen voor verbinding, viering en culinaire beleving.
Hier worden verhalen gedeeld, contacten gelegd en wordt eten gevierd. Geïnspireerd door de nalatenschap van Suus Plesman, brengt ons restaurant mensen samen, precies zoals zij dat deed. Proef culinaire eenvoud op zijn lekkerst; uitstekend eten, heerlijke wijnen en een warme, kosmopolitische sfeer.

Exclusief culinair 3-gangen diner inclusief wijn en drank arrangement. Voor onze leden bieden wij dit bijzondere kerstdiner aan voor EUR 75,- per persoon, een speciaal tarief, exclusief voor IMA-leden.
Partners zijn van harte welkom om mee te genieten, evenals introducees. Voor hen geldt de reguliere prijs van EUR 99,- per persoon.
